About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic marketing superstar to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for our operational marketing efforts, leading community building and engagement initiatives, and driving corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Marketing:
  • Develop and implement key marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including print collateral and digital content.
  • Create and support the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing and advertising.
  • Develop our brand standards, and create a bank of key template documents.
  • Be a subject matter expert of our CRM tool, HubSpot. Provide recommendations for enhancements and utilise the tool appropriately.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Work closely with our leadership team on ad hoc projects and requests, using your judgement and flexibility to meet deadlines.
  • Community Building and Engagement
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster strong relationships and drive our social impact.
  • Manage our community engagement tool (app) and facilitate meaningful discussions. Work with the wider team to ensure inquiries are answered appropriately.
  • Coordinate and organise community events, training, workshops and webinars to facilitate learning, knowledge sharing and networking opportunities, working closely with our wider team.
  • Monitor and analyse community feedback and sentiment, providing valuable insights to improve customer and community experiences.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
  • Support the development and implementation of CSR strategies, aligning with the company’s values and our customer and community needs. Specifically, support our IRIS standard and B Corp requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote CSR activities and communicate their impact to our clients and community.
  • Assist in the creation of CSR reports and content for internal and external communications.
  • Ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, or relevant field
  • Proven experience in marketing coordination and a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing analytics tools
  • Have experience in using HubSpot, our key CRM tool
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • A key team player, hard working and eager to learn
  • A strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving and results oriented
  • Able to work independently with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a strong sense of task ownership
  • Experience or knowledge of community engagement and CSR practices is preferred
  • Love working and contributing in a fast-paced environment

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 (depending on experience)
