What is 30 days Premium Pass?
30 days Premium Pass is a one-time paid membership program to elevate your experience in finding a right helper with us. It is exclusively available via our mobile application, We Are Caring, which can be downloaded by Android and iPhone users. No automatic subscription will be charged after the 30 days.
With the Premium Pass, not only can you directly contact unlimited number of helpers, but also to place your own job ad to receive applications from interested helpers and start to interview them.
Can I enjoy a free trial for Premium Pass?

Do you provide a refund of the Premium Pass?
An employer who purchased a Premium pass typically find the right helper within a few days. If you do not get a good level of engagement, you may contact us; we will be happy to review the situation, identify the potential reason and suggest some adjustments if necessary.
I found a helper with your mobile app, do you provide hiring service as well?
While we already obtained the accreditation from the Labour department as a licensed employment agency in Hong Kong, we are now waiting for the accreditations from several embassies to handle the hiring service for helpers.
In the meantime, we are happy to recommend Fair Agency (https://fairagency.org/) for hiring service as they do not charge helpers to start a new job in Hong Kong.

What makes you an ethical employment agency? Is it really free for helpers?
Yes, it is entirely free for helpers: we do not charge placement fee or salary deduction, in Hong Kong or in the home country.
We Are Caring was founded in Singapore and became the world's first ethical recruitment agency to secure the IRIS certification, the United Nations' International Organisation for Migration initiative to promote ethical recruitment of migrant workers.
